Payment and Delivery

For online payments, the amount will be charged to your credit card at the end of your order. In case of order cancellation or stock issues, refunds to your credit card will be processed within 15-30 business days.

Delivery

We strive to ship your ordered products the same day. For products that require additional time to source, the delivery time is 3 business days, as indicated in the product details. If there is any delay, you will be notified.

To ensure smooth delivery, please provide the correct address where you will be during the day as the delivery address.

Your requests will be processed based on the delivery type you selected at checkout. Products from our Istanbul-based company will be shipped via Aras Cargo. Once your order is confirmed, it will be handed over to the courier company within 2 business days.

You can contact our customer representative for discussions regarding different delivery conditions. Also, please note that delivery services are only valid within Turkey.

Payment Tracking

If the system encounters any issues during the transaction, the customer will be notified on the payment page.

In case of any errors in the address provided, we will contact the customer regarding the undelivered order.

The validity of the email address provided by the customer is confirmed via an automatic email sent after the order is processed.

We are responsible for the delivery process, and the bank we use for the credit card system is also accountable.

Please note!

If you believe the package was damaged during shipment, please open and inspect it in front of the delivery person. If you find any damage, do not accept the delivery and ask the courier company to create a report.

Once the product is accepted, the courier company is deemed to have fulfilled their duties.

If the product is damaged: Please send the report to info@deskorax.com as soon as possible.

Once these steps are completed, we will begin the process to resolve the issue and ensure the delivery is made again as quickly as possible.
